The role

What you'll own.

One campaign. Full ownership. You're not an assistant — you're the person responsible for making it perform.

Clip review & quality control
Review, approve, and deny submissions throughout the day. Maintain quality standards and give detailed feedback on every denial.

Campaign optimization
Analyze views, CPM, approval rates, and spend velocity. Adjust strategy so the budget spends efficiently and the client sees results.

Client communication
Send performance reports twice a week. Keep clients updated, flag issues early, request assets, and build the relationship.

Clipper coaching
Manage Whop support chat. Host live review calls. Help your clippers improve their content so the whole campaign levels up.

Fraud prevention
Identify view-botted or fraudulent submissions. Issue clawbacks and bans. Zero tolerance — protecting integrity is non-negotiable.

Onboarding & setup
When a new client comes in, set up their Whop community and campaign within 12 hours. Get things running fast and clean.

A week shadowing a live CPE. If everything looks good, you get assigned your own campaign and you begin.

No cap on earnings. The better your campaign spends, the more you take home. You start at 5% and your rate grows as you prove yourself.

5% is the starting point — not the ceiling. Prove you can run a campaign, your rate grows. Earnings are paid out after the campaign budget is fully spent. The faster and better you spend it, the faster you get paid.
